The Villa

Lucky Duck Villa is a 4 story custom beachfront estate with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, 3 living rooms, 2 kitchens, and indoor and outdoor dining areas overlooking the ocean.

Ocean Suite

The suite has recently been renovated. This section is one big space with a king-size bed in the bedroom nook, a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, a twin chaise lounge, and a gorgeous handmade wardrobe.

Bungalow

The Bungalow is a beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom space with a kitchen.  

This part of the villa has a sliding door leading to the outdoor patio, a queen size bed, and a bathroom with a spacious stand up shower.

The Loft

The Master suite has a 3rd story patio that overlooks the ocean and access to a 4th story deck that you can gaze over the peninsula for miles. This is a complete home with a fully functional kitchen to prepare any meal you desire, a dining room for your whole family to eat, a desk area for the travelers that need to catch up on emails, a spare bedroom with a queen size bed, and a master bedroom loft with an en suite bathroom.
